I am so dang proud of my kids!!! 🥹 We are officially wrapping up our 10-day cleanse and it’s been a full-body, full-heart kind of commitment. 🪱 This parasite cleanse has been months (really years) in the making, and so I poured everything I had into helping my sweet kiddos — and myself — heal. We stepped away from the hustle, the noise, slowed way down, and made time to focus on HEALING. We started this journey because my son has had tummy issues on and off for a couple years with no conclusive answers — but the truth is I’m still freshly postpartum and have not been feeling myself either. It felt like I was working so hard to simply feel “good” — dealing with major brain fog 🙃. I knew something was off, and sure enough, we discovered we were both dealing with parasites.
