This week, it’s collagen pancakes, try them for yourself with Louise’s recipe: 1 banana 🍌 2 eggs 🥚 1 sachet of Vida Glow Collagen ✨ A handful of blueberries Your choice of berries And some honey - Get your mixing bowl ready and pop in your banana and eggs, whisking until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan on medium with some butter and pour in small dollops of the batter. Let them cook for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip until golden brown and fluffy.
