We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Ramon Ruiz, a beloved member of our Phantom Regiment phamily. Ramon was part of the guard staff that helped bring the corps back to the field in 2021, and though his time with us was brief, his impact was profound. A talented performer and dedicated teacher, Ramon had a gift for making those around him feel welcome. His big smile and warm spirit lifted everyone he met, both on and off the field. Our hearts go out to his family, friends, students, and all who were lucky enough to know him.
