Positive energy for days, hilarious, and organized like you wouldn’t believe. She’s also a freakin’ systems wizard. We’re talking next-level efficiency improvements here. She started as a toyo operator, got promoted to green handler, and now she’s a full-blown apprentice roasting queen. All in less than three years – no big deal. Katrina Benton (And a big shout out to Sabrina Mack and Bryn Gross, the Cold Brew dream team) Katrina’s been at Stumptown for 5 years, and honestly, she runs Cold Brew like a boss. She cares so deeply for her team, and balances fun/laughter with getting the work done beautifully. Plus, she’s built a killer team.
