Niomi Sarete Niomi, HR rockstar in NY, has breathed new life into our East Coast market as a sounding board and advocate for Stumptown team members. She’s the go-to guru for anyone looking to chat through their career goals and makes sure everyone feels heard and supported, getting to know each team member wholeheartedly. Her influence doesn't stop at NY, though – she’s the mastermind behind monthly initiatives, book buys, and awareness campaigns for our teams in Los Angeles and Portland. Born and raised in Queens, Niomi’s wrapping up her final semester in Psychology at John Jay College, and in her spare time, she’s adding to her growing collection of Sonny Angels (because who doesn't love little figurines?). Go-to brew: PNG Besser. Monica Edell Monica’s been with us for 3.5 years, running the show with our ops teams in NY. She’s got a heart as big as her leadership skills, always there for her crew and pushing them to grow. And when it’s time for a caffeine boost, Monica’s all about that smooth Mordecofe magic. Austria Moya Austria is the kind of leader who lights up a room and gets stuff done. She’s the ultimate team player, always ready for new ideas and challenges, and makes sure everyone’s included and empowered.
