🚨 Important Update from Spellbinders + Hero Arts 🚨 We’ve recently switched to a new inventory management system. While all upgrades come with growing pains, we’ve encountered more challenges than expected. Unfortunately, this has affected some orders, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through it. 📦 What’s happening? Our new system only recognizes stock from one specific location in the warehouse (the pick line). This means that even if we have plenty of items in backstock, they can’t be fulfilled until the pick line is replenished. So, if you place multiple orders in one day, one might ship right away, while another could be delayed for a few days. We're working on resolving this ASAP. 🔧 What are we doing to fix it? Our warehouse team has been hard at work counting inventory to ensure the system has a clear and accurate view of all stock. This process is nearly complete, and once reconciled, the system will better track available inventory, allowing us to get shipping back on track. ⏳ What about December orders? We know some December orders, including Clubs, were delayed, and we want to assure you that these are our top priority. As soon as the system is fully updated, we’ll get those out to you!
