⁠🍕Who knew berry season was pizza season, too?⁠ This sweet ‘n savory blackberry pizza is easier than you think—made with Dr. Pete’s Quick Rise Pizza Dough!⁠ ✨ Save this easy summer dinner idea and thank us later.😉⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ Dr. Pete’s Quick Rise Pizza Dough Mix, prepared⁠ 1 Tbsp olive oil⁠ 1 C blackberries, divided⁠ 1 C Parmesan, shredded⁠ 1 C mozzarella, shredded⁠ 3/4 C ricotta⁠ 1/4 cup green onions, chopped⁠ ⁠ Optional Toppings:⁠ fresh basil⁠ fleur de sel⁠ hot honey⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ Prepare pizza dough according to package directions. Preheat your oven to 450°F.⁠ ⁠ Press pizza dough out on your pizza stone or baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough and use a pastry brush to coat well.
⁠ ⁠ Mash half of the blackberries in a bowl. Spread the pulp around on the dough. Add Parmesan and mozzarella, and dollop with ricotta. Top with fresh blackberries and green onions. Bake for 15–20 minutes.⁠ ⁠ Remove from oven and top with fresh basil, fleur de sel, and hot honey. Enjoy!
