This year’s @tx2k event was a blast. @gtp.tuned @m.techperformance @s58nyc and @mtech_moose driven G82 M4 ran an 8.3sec pass which was aborted due to an interchiller issue causing high IATs and pulling all power past the 1/8th and car trapping 142mph, mind boggling for such a low ET. It clicked off a 2.97sec 60-130mph, 2.5 100-200/hr. Once that was addressed @mtech_moose had a great launch and unfortunately had the driveshaft break at the line. This car will be back out soon and we can’t wait to see what it’ll do once some hardware tweaks are done to it. @f80paul tuned and @rick_aka_mlife @mlife_autocare G80 M3 started out with an 8.9@166moh on the first pass Tuesday and every day since the car kept getting quicker and faster eventually managing fastest S58 of the event with a 174mph trap and an 8.3sec ET with a 1.28 60ft. Both cars also qualified for eliminations in a group of long time A90 Supras, a list of 16 cars with slowest car’s ET being an 8.6.
