Finishing off Dry January and celebrating the launch of our NEW Coffee Body Polish with an Espresso Mocktini infused with collagen, cinnamon and honey to support skin from the inside out. 🤎 Honey Simple Syrup Ingredients: - 1/4 cup water - 1/4 cup honey Espresso Mocktini Ingredients: - 1 1/2 ounces milk - 1 tablespoon collagen powder - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon - 2 ounces espresso - 3/4 ounce honey simple syrup - splash vanilla extract - coffee beans, for garnish Instructions: 1. Make the honey simple syrup by combining water and honey in a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat. 2. Add milk, collagen powder, and cinnamon to a small glass and whisk until frothy. 3. Add ice to a cocktail shaker then add espresso, frothed milk, 3/4 ounce honey simple syrup, and a splash of vanilla. 4. Shake well for at least 20 seconds then strain into a martini glass, topping with coffee beans. Enjoy! ☕️
