They combine healthy fats, protein, and antioxidant-rich strawberries with elastin-boosting peptides to support skin hydration, elasticity, and overall wellness—all in a naturally sweet, satisfying bite.⁠ ⁠ ⁠Ingredients:⁠ ⁠ * 1/4 cup dry-roasted, salted peanuts⁠ * 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠ * 1 tbsp whole-food MCT oil⁠ * 3 tbsp fresh strawberries⁠ * 2 tbsp crushed, freeze-dried strawberries (plus more for topping)⁠ * 1 teaspoon OMI Skin Matrix Elastin Peptides⁠ * 1/8 teaspoon sea salt⁠ ⁠ Instructions:⁠ ⁠ 1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.⁠ 2. Pour the mixture into a mini-muffin pan, using about 1 tablespoon per cup.⁠ 3. Sprinkle crushed, freeze-dried strawberries on top.⁠ 4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2 hours.⁠ 5. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
