It’s hard for me to admit it but we have been struggling online for the past 2 years. We have been using our revenue from our retail locations to offset the losses with our online sales channel. Over the last few years, we have spent a ton on paid ads, warehouse, payroll, shipping, supplies and other costs with running an ecommerce business. With expenses only increasing and the continued drop in site visitors, we are nervous about what’s to come. So what do we do now? Well that’s what I’m going to try to figure out. I am confident we have amazing products because we do sell out at our retail locations. With increased competition and consumer behavior changing, we know we need to reach a wider audience and connect with them better.
