Pandan syrup 50g pandan leaves, roughly chopped 250g white sugar 250ml water Blitz the water and pandan leaves together. Strain out the solids and add the liquid to a saucepan with equal parts sugar. Heat on medium-low until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool, and store in the fridge.
