it’s great to see companies changing but not so great when it appears to be green washing. fast food restaurants seem to be using either highly refined versions or blending it with canola oil. ask to see the ingredients or better yet skip these fast food chains that are green washing based on trends. the rest of the ingredients and “food” should be avoided if possible. this is based on what’s available currently so if you have other information please let me know - i hope they are using 100% beef tallow and not just green washing.
