It’s tough to beat track season in Eugene and sunny days at Hayward. My favorite activity during the spring and summer is going to track meets. Wrapped up my 22-mile run today (stats at the end of reel…I’ve run more miles in a week and had more gain but I’ve never been slower. Not sure if that’s a win though? 🤷🏻♂️) at the stadium where I caught a few good races and meet some good people. Remember, this is the Track Capital of the World. 🙏🇺🇸
